We prefer agile methodologies as a way to manage projects in Investmag. Scrum enjoys the greatest popularity in our company. Using Scrum, we can easily adapt to changing business requirements.
We work in short sprints, providing certain value at the end of each sprint. Mostly the sprints are 2 - 4 weeks. We believe that this is an optimal approach in the development of the project. We use Redmine software for project management and customer relations. However, we can migrate from Redmine to Jira Atlassian if required.
