Rider, a one of the key importers and distributors of motorcycle parts and a BMW and Suzuki motorcycles dealer in the country. Moreover, the company is the main distributor of EBC Brakes in Poland. At this time, we were given a task of executing and implementing the following systems: B2B, CRM, document accounting and online shops generator. They were all to be integrated with each other.
In addition, they needed to cooperate with a separate accounting system as well. All these together were expected to work well and look stylish.
Our main goal was to create a B2B system which was presumed to support more than 800 000 sales, and 2 000 partners worldwide. The system divided into two divisions was to support both individual clients, and wholesale companies. The purpose was to provide a selling system for the individual partners of the company. All clients were offered an independent online store fully integrated with the Rider’s inventory. A full synchronization was made with the Symphony accounting software. A full mechanization of accounting documents circulation was made as well. Implementation of CRM to support the sales department in order to organize acquiring new partners.
Since its launch, the system has boosted the entire company in a number of ways and it is still being developed.
